New Zealand Orders:

All New Zealand orders of $50 or more in value receive free shipping!

Orders under $50 in value, will have a standard charge of $5.95 including rural deliveries in New Zealand.



Pick Ups – FREE

Australian Orders:

There is a standard charge of NZ$29.99 to Australia, including rural deliveries.



International Orders:

There is a standard charge of NZ$55.00 to the rest of the world.



TIMING



Please allow from 1 – 4 days to receive your order.
We don’t deliver on public holidays and after 5.30pm as freight companies don’t operate at these times.



All orders received by 3pm in most cases will leave that day. At busy times and when special packaging is required it may leave the next day. We will always endeavour to get your order out as quick as possible.



IS MY ORDER TRACKED?



All orders are sent with a tracking number, requiring a signature delivery. If you think you may not be home please get your order delivered to your workplace or somewhere you know it can be signed for. Please get in touch if you think your order has been lost.

LIABILITY



Your parcel is insured while in transit and we do everything we can to make sure it is well wrapped.  On the very rare occasion, your box looks damaged please take a couple of pics while the driver is still there. Then open the box and inspect the contents indicating any damage on the consignment note.



If the Customer is found to have given an incorrect or insufficient address, then we will not refund or resend the product and all responsibility for correcting delivery will be borne by the customer.
