Jeans made in comfort stretch denim where both the warp and weft are yarn dyed which give a really rich, deep black shade. The core of the yarns are white though and you can see it shining through where the denim has been scraped. We call this look "first step worn in", meaning that the jeans looks worn for a while but not yet washed. As you wear and wash, the black will fade more and more.
